Good Water Farms was founded by Brendan Davison in 2011 in Amagansett. The farm now occupies two custom-built greenhouses on 34 acres in Bridgehampton. Offering over 20 varieties, Good Water Farms supplies microgreens to top chefs in local restaurants on Long Island and in New York City.
